Three years ago I never would have imagined I would be developing a web site to promote psychics, mediums, spiritual leaders, healers and the like.
Anyone who has known me for any length of time would never have imagined it possible.
You see it's very likely that I would have started my own company because I've done that in the past and been very successful; they just wouldn't have imagined it would be in this field.

I've always been a skeptic.
Someone who needs to peel back the layers and find out what makes someone or something work from the inside out.
I was a very black & white, straight forward, hard headed businessperson.
Truthfully I still am to some degree.
It's probably part of the reason why I've found so much success over the years.
Looking back using my intuition was also a big part of my success only I never realized it until recently.
I always just thought of it as going with my gut.

I only began to consciously utilize my intuition once I began my own spiritual journey a few years ago, which is what has lead me here today.

For the past 12 years I've been an Executive Recruiter/Career Counselor and Corporate Trainer.
A large part of what I do is career counseling for my candidates.
I help to lead their careers in the direction they want them to go both short & long term.

I also consult with my client companies on their needs and offer them solutions in the form of a service.  That service includes searching for and finding them the right fit, often times very hard to find candidates.  I also negotiate contracts, rates and salaries, schedule interviews, overcome objections, and close deals.

The most important part of what I do however is build long lasting relationships with both my candidates and clients.

I have also developed curriculum and trained many recruiters and sales people over the years as well as managed a team of people and been a top sales producer simultaneously.

It has always seemed that the staffing industry was the career for me on many levels.
I have always found great success there, and worked with many wonderful people.

So why is there suddenly such a departure from what it seems has been ingrained in me for so long?

The answer is simple and undeniable...

My Higher Self!

I've only recently learned to actually listen to my higher self.
I've heard her calling, but been ignoring her for a while
Now she’s shouting, (apparently she’s a lot like my regular every day self)
She’s loud and clear that higher self of mine and this is what she is telling me to do.

I still can't believe it when I hear those words come out of my mouth, because it's so not me.
It's not who I ever was, or even a term I would have understood or been able to wrap my mind around a few years ago.

I have no intention of leaving the staffing world behind entirely, because I love it and it is part of who I am.
This new venture evolved very organically out of an idea for a fundraiser and is in fact an extension of what I've been doing for years but in a different realm, and it's what I'm being called to do.

Starting A Carroll Consulting L.L.C. is my way of giving back and paying it forward.
It’s my way of thanking my upstairs team for letting me hear my inner voice, my higher self, and giving me the confidence to take action.

It's also part of my soul’s purpose.
I'm drawn to this work and it's drawn to me.
I feel I was meant to do this, and it is my sincere hope that I will be able to help a lot of people this way.
I do not have the healing hands of a Reiki Master, and cannot bring the peace many people get out of a reading with a gifted Medium who brings specific spot on messages from spirit.

My gift is promoting those rare and special individuals so that more people know about them and their healing qualities.
My gift is helping them to create unique and clearly defined career plans and assist them in successfully executing those plans.
My gift is knowing both intuitively and through past experience what the next step and the next 10 steps are going to be while navigating down the career path and life path to success.
